What happens during the visit?
During our initial visit with you, we take time to listen. We will walk the property with you, talk through your goals, and discuss what you would like to improve or create. Whether it is routine lawn care, planting, or a full landscape design, we will explain your options and help you determine the best approach for your space and your budget. Our goal is to make the process clear, comfortable, and collaborative.
How long does the visit take?
The length of the visit depends on the scope of the project. A simple mowing or maintenance estimate may take just a short time, while a larger landscaping or design consultation may take longer so we can properly assess the space and discuss ideas in detail. We always allow enough time to answer your questions and make sure we fully understand your needs.
What information should I have prepared?
There is nothing specific you need to prepare. If you have ideas, inspiration photos, a budget range, or a timeline in mind, that can be helpful, but it is not required. We are happy to guide you through the process and ask the right questions to help clarify your vision.
What happens after the estimate visit?
After our meeting, we return to the office to prepare your detailed estimate. Depending on the size and complexity of the project, this can take anywhere from one to seven days. In most cases, you can expect to receive your estimate within a few days. Once you receive it, we are happy to review it with you, answer questions, and discuss next steps.
